Therefore, there must be a certain distance between the fresh air inlet and the exhaust air outlet to avoid short-circuiting between fresh and return air.
2. The indoor placement of the dual cooler requires attention.
The shell-and-tube cooler generates some noise during operation, so it is generally arranged in places where noise requirements are not high, such as kitchens and bathrooms. Additionally, the shell-and-tube cooler needs to connect to the fresh air duct, so enough space must be reserved for pipe connections. Furthermore, during equipment use, problems may arise that require maintenance, so sufficient space must be reserved to allow smooth maintenance.
3. Attention is needed when connecting pipes to the shell-and-tube cooler.
To protect the shell-and-tube cooler, it generally should not be in direct contact with the fresh air duct to avoid the weight of the pipes directly pressing on the cooler and causing damage. The dual cooler usually leaves a certain gap at the connection between the fresh air duct and the main unit, which is filled with tape. At the same time, the direction of the main unit must be confirmed, as well as the air inlet and outlet markings, to prevent the fresh air duct and return air duct from being installed incorrectly.
