After long-term use of air coolers, substances like calcium and magnesium bicarbonates in the water will form scale inside the cooler, causing the intake and exhaust air temperatures to rise. This prevents the air from being cooled to the desired temperature, so cleaning the air cooler is very important.
Cleaning of air-cooled air coolers:
Shut down the air equipment and confirm that the pressure has been fully released, then turn off the main power switch. Open the air guide cover cleaning panel or remove the cooling fan. Use compressed air to blow out the dirt, then remove the dirt from the air guide; if it is very dirty, spray some degreaser before blowing. When the above methods cannot be used for cleaning the air cooler, it needs to be disassembled, soaked or sprayed with cleaning solution, and cleaned with a brush. Reinstall the cover or cooling fan.
Cleaning of water-cooled air coolers: Shut down and confirm that the pressure has been fully released, then turn off the main power switch. Remove the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes. Inject cleaning solution for soaking or use a pump to circulate and flush. Rinse with clean water. Reinstall the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes.
